Tight and almost square; spine is flat or very slightly dished. Front cover has very little wear other than 3" diagonal fold-trace at bottom right, but back cover has a faint stain-trace: a "high-water" mark about 1/4" away from spine (mostly no sign on interior but for very bottom corner of last few pages - next to spine), and a little dirt or spotting at middle left. Age-tanning is average or a little worse for its vintage: moderate and uniform. Faint "58" written next to JUNE on spine - no other writing, stamps or marks.
