VG- IF 1953,July | |
Tight and almost square; spine is slightly dished with some edgewear and more wear towards middle. Light overall wear to front, plus a prominent long vertical line/crease 2" from right side (this is my main reason for downgrading from a basic look of VG to VG+.) Back cover has moderate wear including some 1" finger-creases near top (see scan #2.) Age tanning is a little less than average for its vintage - mild and uniform. No stamps, marks or writing. |

Bimonthly (on the odd months) for the first 2 years, IF went monthly for a year or so as of March 1954, then back to bimonthly in June 1955 (on the even months.)
