1/8" tilt (flat spine.) Heavy overall wear to front cover including long fold down middle of cover, line next to spine, scribble in pen at middle left next to spine, rubbing wear. Most of the wear is limited to exterior - inside is very reasonable, with age tanning much less than typical (mild and uniform.)
