Tight and almost square / flat spine (with the usual light wear, dirt accumulation, and slight contours from glue shrinking below the paper). Moderate overall wear, including long fold-trace down middle of cover (which has echoes on only a few interior pages), a couple 1" scuffs or scratches next to spine on front cover. Back cover has heavy wear including a tear and 3/8" hole in the middle (see scan #2.) Age tanning is less than average for its vintage.
