Tight and square / flat spine. Light to moderate overall wear: front cover has rubbing wear next to spine in middle & also at top left edge; back cover has a bunch of faint scattered 1/8" spots that look abraded (see scans.) There is a line at join of spine to back cover from top to middle - since this is firmly attached now, I would guess it was splittng and neatly repaired with glue. Age tanning is slightly less than average for its vintage.
