The front cover shows evidence of exposure to moisture by having a roughened or "wrinkly" surface / no traces elsewhere. I'd grade the rest of the magazine about VG+, and the cover "Fair." The 2nd scan is heavily modified with PhotoShop to try and show where the "rough" areas are = most of cover, heaviest at top.
