Tight and square; spine is flat with a 1/4" spot of wear near bottom. Very nice with minimal wear (matte-finish covers prove their worth here.) Age-tanning is less than usual for this vintage. Faint letter "A" in upper middle of cover (between price and month.) Very clean inside & out - this makes an excellent impression.
