MAGAZINE OF F&SF 1952,October

Tight and almost square; spine is flat. Very light wear. No stamps, marks or writing on interior. Back cover has a 1" smear of (white paint?) at lower left corner, and a ghostly trace 1" wide along right side next to spine. If I had to guess or speculate, maybe 40 years ago there was a 2" wide protective paper? protector attached/wrapped-across spine with rubber cement? Whatever it was - it is long gone, and so are most traces (see scans.)
