First Dell printing October 1979 (trade-pb was 1978.) Cover by ??? (signature at lower left but I can't quite read it), 224 pages,$1.95 cover price. Condition is (-): very tight and square with flat spine; age tanning is mild and uniform; a 1" finger-crease at left near spine (see scan.) No stamps, marks or writing - a clean copy that looks unread.

Another Fine Myth - Robert Asprin's second novel, and first in the long-running "Myth" fantasy series. Skeeve started the day as a sorcerer's apprentice. He finished it with his old master dead, and a new one - the demon Aahz - in charge. Skeeve wasn't sure it was much of a promotion, but the job sounded exciting and might give him the chance to make his fortune. After the imps, the demon hunter, the dragon, the lynch mob, and the female assassin were through with him - he had to admit that he'd been right about the excitement. The fortune looked as if it'd be a long time coming. And the real danger lay ahead...
