Alien Sea by John Rackham. (Cover by Georg Ziel, frontispiece by Jack Gaughan; 154 pages.) Dennis Dillard was a dramatape recorder, visiting the water-planet Hydro. There he stumbles into a possible alliance between Venusians and the alien Roggans- which may plunge Earth into war.

(Bound with) C. O. D. Mars, by E. C. Tubb. (Cover and frontispiece by Jack Gaughan; 99 pages.) The Scorfu - the Martian equivalent of a Mafia - wanted to know why the Earth Government had put the newly returned explorers from Proxima Centauri into permanent orbital isolation. They offered a fearless operative, Martin Slade, a million to produce these explorers: Cash On Delivery, Mars.
