The Guardians of Time - a collection of related stories/novelets featuring "Manse Everard." This is the first book in Anderson's "Time Patrol" series, starting with Manse Everard's recruitment. The 1960 version of the collection had 4 pieces from Magazine of F&SF 1955 to 1960. This first expanded edtion inserts "Gibraltar Falls" from 1975 (also from Magazine of F&SF) - into the middle, and adds an afterword/appreciation by Sandra Miesel.
