This is new/unread. Size is 6" by 9" by 3/4" thick. It looks like a Print-on-Demand book, so it won't be found in your average bookstore. Minor printing-glitch at upper right corner of cover: 1/4" by 1" patch of ink is partially flaked away (see scan.)
