Pan 1980 paperback (the British hardcover from Faber was 1978.) 214 pages, 95 pence cover price. Condition is VG to VG+: tight and square; spine has faint line; mild uniform age tanning; line next to spine, light overall wear (see scan.) Stamp on 1st page and page 85 - from the same source as the F&SF magazines I've been selling - no other marks or writing.

Anticipations - edited by Christopher Priest. Pan. There is an American hardcover edition, but no American paperback as far as I know. Only a few have been collected in single-author collections, so some of these are rather hard to find. I particularly recommend the Ian Watson story as one that will make you start to pay attention to this author - not an "easy read," but compelling. An original anthology - all stories new to the 1978 edition. [Plot teasers/summaries are quoted from the back cover, when given...]
