Book is tight and square; bottom edges of boards have some wear and bumped corners (see last scan - of bottom page-block.) Dustjacket has no tears, but the (blank) back cover has overall rubbing wear with some long scuffs at left side (front looks near-Fine or better / back is VG-.) Signed by Hogan on title page. No stamps, marks or writing.
