Gardner Dozois: SLOW DANCING THROUGH TIME - a collection of stories written in collaboration with Jack Dann, Michael Swanwick, Susan Casper, and/or Jack C. Haldeman II (1990.) This is the first appearance in an Dozois collection for any of these. As far as I know, there is no paperback or reprint edition. There is significant overlap between this collection and Jack Dann's The Fiction Factory, since they had the largest number of collaboratins.
